Hope you are doing well. Life is going on as usual here. Just wanted to inform you about my new name! Yes, I have decided to change my name officially to 'Abigail Zion Daniel'. No more G3 I guess...
We are about to begin the legal process for the name change. Please pray that it goes on smoothly.

I am so happy today...just got my offer letter! Yeah..I have been offered a position of a Production Manager in an organization called Jacobs Well. For those of you who know Jed and Nicole Robyn (former staff at ZHOP), they felt a leading to start a business venture called 'Polished Pearl', to help provide employment for women rescued off of trafficking. Joe and I have been asked to head this company in India. Check out the details below:

Polished Pearl (www.blog.polishedpearl.org) is a luxury name brand that gives training and employment to victimized women and whose profits provide care for vulnerable children. We are beginning in India, producing luxury handbags and accessories, and Gayathri has just taken a position to be the production manager of Jacobs Well (www.oasisindia.org), a production facility hiring girls from the slums who would be endanger of being trafficked. Oasis is our ministry partner providing the rescue and restoration of women, both in the slums and from sex trafficking, while we are providing the training and emploment.

Joe will be the Director of Polished Pearl India. He will oversee the development of our label in India and in particular will oversee the establishment of the factory on the Potters Wheel property, which will train and employ trafficked women.

Well, I guess that's our major update! We are excited and certainly look forward to sharing many more things in the coming days.

Sabbath Year

Since last year, I have been receiving personal revelation concerning the Sabbath year mentioned in the book of Leviticus 25:1-7
" For six years you shall sow your field, and for six years you shall prune your vineyard and gather in its fruits, but in the seventh year, there shall be a Sabbath of solemn rest for the land, a Sabbath to YHWH. You shall not sow your field nor prune your vineyard. You shall not reap what grows of itself in your harvest, or gather the grapes of your undressed vine. It shall be a year of solemn rest for the land. The Sabbath of the land shall provide food for you.."

Concerning this Scripture verse, Holy Spirit began to speak to me and remind me how this is my seventh year running, in the Lord. It was for this reason that I had not had any job or ministry related opportunities come up this past year, until this point. On August 19th I shall be completing my seventh year and shall enter into my eighth year in the Lord. A year of new beginnings.
I have been enjoying this season of rest, yes a whole year! It was difficult in the beginning to be not involved in any kind of ministry or church activities. But as I realized the season that I'm in, I began to learn to rest in it.

And now, I am in a process of taking up a business/ ministry opportunity in India which starts around August 19th! Unbelievable timing of Elohim Almighty..!!!

Gaining Anointing on the inside

YHWH spoke to Moses, saying," Command the people of Israel to bring you pure oil from beaten (crushed) olives for the lamp, that a light may be kept burning continually." Lev 24:2 (ESV)

This past year and a half has been for me, a time of being hard-pressed on all sides. The verse in the book of Leviticus indicates that beaten/ crushed/ pressed olives produce pure oil. In other words, allowing the hand of Elohim to work in our lives through pressing and crushing, produces the Anointing on the inside.

My time in India

Life in India, needless to say, is very different from that of western nations. India is a land still under the clutches of idol worship & paganism. So much so that even believers are walking under the sway of the evil one, compromising and building ministries only to make profit. Very few people seem to be excited about the topic of Intimacy or even desire to comprehend the urgency of the times. Well, my heart has grieved so much these past several months over the condition of my people. So many have chosen the easy way, the broad road.

Family life in India is different altogether, very hard to live out. Different family members want to be involved in everything you do, the elders generally tend to control everything in the house....I'm talking about the believing families. Sometimes I wonder, where is the distinction between believers and unbelievers. God seems so distant. I have gone through seasons of intense loneliness and brokenness....away from everyone and everything I ever knew. And yet, this has been the very thing that has enabled me to cultivate oil on the inside.

I know God will make all things beautiful in its time. The arm of Yahushua has strengthened me and has made me victorious. And yes, I am so much thankful for my husband, who has been always beside me, encouraging me and teaching me by way of example, to walk in meekness. I love my husband. My gift in this life!

We are right now waiting on some major things. I will be sure to let you guys know about it. Thanks for loving us and thinking of us.

Married 3 months!

Hey guys here's a big hug from G3 and Joe....Finally I got to update my blog! Hope you like some of the pics that we posted. Marriage has been good for me! Joe is awesome. There were some initial adjustments for both of us to be back in India....but we're doing good now. I have started to look for a job in my field. I am really excited about it. A company just called me up recently for an interview. Will keep you updated on it.
At present I take care of a big house (7 bedrooms), make breakfast, lunch and dinner......phew! Yeah....and take care of mother-in-law and ofcourse my hubby. God has given us this special time together, away from any major obligations.
I am learning a lot about being a wife and a friend to my hubby. About Joe....he is very funny, a good listener, and a tender-hearted & patient guy.....good traits!!! He loves playing guitar and is constantly improvising himself. He is an excellent singer and a true worshipper at heart. I guess I can just go on and on about him. In a nutshell, God has indeed given me the BEST!

Hello Everyone

I am doing great....! 6 more days to go for the wedding. I miss you all and wish you could be here. It's been an exciting season here for me. Lots of crazy testimonies. I got an opportunity to share my testimony in 4 different churches. I was also able to prophesy over some of the youth here as well.

We're getting married!

Sorry for the delay in writing this blog. Here's a quick update since the last blog.
Last month my dad went down to meet with Joe and gave us his blessings for the marriage. Since then I moved out from my parent's house. I am now staying with a believer's family in the southern part of the country. I have also been able to connect with other believers and have been going to church. Joe and his mom came over to meet me. We saw each other after nearly a year. It was an amazing moment for both for us. We got to do some wedding shopping together. Joe bought be a wedding saree. It is beautiful!
The wedding date has been fixed for the 12th of April. It will be a registered marriage, as requested by my father. We are then going to have a grand reception on the 14th.
Joe and I would want to take this time in welcoming you all to our wedding and we seek your heartiest blessings.

News and Update!

Hello friends and family....you are all so missed! The past 2 months in India has been no less than a warzone for me. Although I've had my share of joys in being reunited with my family, I also faced tremendous spiritual warfare as well. If it hadn't been for Joe, I don't think I would have made it. He has been my support all along...waiting patiently and praying for me unceasingly. No, I haven't see him yet in person...Still waiting!
I wish I could write some more details concerning my life and challenges here. But somehow it's not so easy for me to express my deepest feelings/experiences. I just can't seem to put them in words. All I can say is that God's grace and your love and prayers have kept me.
However, in the midst of all this I have also been growing deeper in the Word and in revelation. I am learning to walk with God in a new way. I sometimes feel that I don't even know this God. But regardless of what I feel, He has been Faithful to keep me.
The other good news is that my father has decided to meet with Joe. In fact, they are meeting this coming week. I hope things will turn out fine. Please keep us in prayer and pray for my health.
I hope you are all keeping good. These are some hard times but God is still in control and He always makes provision of Joy in the midst of these circumstances. We just have to open our eyes and look for them. His goodness and mercy surrounds us!

Update!

Wish you all a very Happy New Year! Hope you are doing well and looking forward to all that God has for you this year. It's been exactly a month now that I have been in India. A lot has happened since then.
I am continuing to stay at my parent's house. I am very glad that I get to spend some time with them. I love being in India, although it took me several weeks to get over the culture shock after landing here. The change of lifestyle has been drastic. But in God's grace I am getting used to it.
I've had my share of challenges as well. My parents have told me that they are not ready to meet with Joe yet and that they needed some more time. My father has requested me to wait for a couple of months and first get acclimatised to Indian conditions. So I submitted to him. Finances are a bit challenging right now, am looking for work somewhere.
Some days are harder than others. But God is strengthening my faith in a new way. In a prevalently Hindu household, I am now learning to walk out my Christian faith. God is teaching me that Christianity is more than just not denying Christ (through my words), but demonstrating the faith through my actions......in patience, humility, servitude, kindness, honoring my parents, submitting to those above me and meekness. Slowly but steadily I am rising up above the waters. I want to thank you all for thinking about me and being concerned for me. The thing that has been hardest for me is that I don't have any Christian fellowship, except for Joe's family and another Indian Christian family in India.
Joe and I have been in touch over the phone. He calls me everyday. He's been really supportive and encourages me in the Lord every time he gets a chance. I am so thankful to the Lord for him. It is hard for both of us to be so far apart and not see each other at all. But we also know that we must wait in the Lord.

Back in India!

Hey guys I made it home safe and sound. Sorry that it took long to write to you all. I was under severe jet lag and not to forget the culture shock. But it has been a great joy to see my parents and my younger sister after all these years. My mom couldn't stop crying for 2 whole days. Everytime she would say a sentence tears would well in her eyes. My parents and I have had some interesting conversations about God and religion. I can see the subtle yet strong deception that is blinding their eyes. It sometimes gets overwhelming for me to be staying under the same roof, especially without any Christian fellowship. But I continue to pray for their salvation. I pray in tongues a lot more now. I guess I need it huh!
Joe is doing good. I miss him terribly. I have been talking to my dad about him a little. He didn't say much but seems willing to listen. Joe is coming down with his brother & uncle to officially ask for my hand on January 8th. I am really praying that my parents would approve of him and bless us! It's only after that we can decide on our wedding date.
Anyways, I will write more soon and keep you all posted on furthur developments. Please keep me in your prayers.

Flight booked to India

Dear family and friends, I have some great news. I have my flight booked for the 4th of December. I will be flying out to India from KC airport. My flight comes in at 11:45 am with Delta. I can hardly believe it...although I feel ready for this huge shift in my life. I can't wait to be re-united with my family and be a witness in their midst.
I am really looking forward to being married to Joe. He is an amazing guy. He might be flying in to New Delhi to see me... along with my parents :-) I will send you all the invite for my wedding when we are ready to send it out. It would be great to have you all come.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in America. I think this land has blessed me in so many wonderful ways. I shall always be thankful for this nation and will be praying for America. The Lord has truly put America on my heart. I will miss being part of a house of prayer. It is truly a mercy strategy over America and I bless it with all of my heart.
I love you all and would love to see you at least once before I fly out. After all you are my family in America....my special family. I want to truly thank you for all that you have poured into my life. Your labor of love has made a way for a foreigner like me to come to know the Lord. I shall be forever be grateful for that.

Exciting News!!!

In the midst of the whirlwind, here comes a surprise...I am getting married! Yup it is official. His name is Joe Daniel. He is from India, from a Christian family. He is amazing! I am really excited.
I will be going back to India by the end of this year to be married to him.....and to be reunited with my family. This has been indeed one of the most amazing testimonies of my life of redemption. God has been faithful!

I want to thank each one of you for being part of my life in such a special way. I wouldn't have made it this far with out my spiritual family here. This has been truly an amazing journey in the Lord so far and I am thankful for each one of you. You all have a part in this testimony!

I will be flying to KC on October 31st and intend on staying there until the end of this year. Then I will be flying home....finally after 5 years........only to begin the next chapter of my life.......with another set of testimonies of God's faithfulness.

IHOP-KC Update

A group of some 30 ZHOP people drove up to Kansas City on September 16th to be a part of the 10 Year IHOP Anniversary. This was the first time that we all got to go as a group. It was an amazing time as we sat under the prophecies of IHOP-KC given by Mike Bickle. This trip definitely confirmed my call to Kansas City. On the last day of our visit, we had a unique opportunity to meet with Mike Bickle, Allen Hood, Misty Edwards and Marci. This was a very special time as Kirk introduced ZHOP as a people, face to face with Mike Bickle and team. And then Kirk made his formal announcement of stepping down from being our leader and transferred us over to Mike Bickle's leadership; As a good shepherd leads his flock to green pastures and quiet waters. It was indeed a very tender moment for all of us. All I can say is that I am so blessed to have been under such great leaders who have walked out their lives in such humility and transparency. I thank God for His leadership over my life.

Well as far as my plans for the next few weeks are concerned, I am planning on making the final move to KC by October 31st. I am praying that all my finances would be met in order for me to make the move. I would need about $4700. Please prayerfully consider sowing into my life as the Lord leads. I believe God has called me to be like Esther, for such a time as this and stand in the gap on behalf of 3 nations - America, Israel and India.
My prayer to God is that we would be strengthened with might in our inner-man and would be filled with all joy to persevere in the days ahead. I pray for breakthroughs in each one of your lives.

My move to KC

Dear friends, I have a big news announcement. I will be moving to Kansas City to be a part of IHOP. At first, it came to me as a big surprise but now is becoming increasingly clear that this is what I am supposed to do. I am thinking of moving somewhere around the end of September-mid October'09, as GOD wills! So here we go!
There are definitely some hurdles to cross in order for that to happen. I need favor with my R1 status, both with IHOP, KC and with the government. I also need upto $1200 to be able to process my R1 papers. But I am confident in the LORD that He is able to see me through even as He has called me. I would like to invite you to partner with me on this amazing journey that the LORD has me on. Please pray for favor and finances. It is becoming increasingly clear to me that it is Righteousness to seek the face of God. He is truly inviting an entire generation to seek His face with a radical pursuit. Oh what a privilege! Entering into the Shabbat rest

Dear friends, the Zadok House of Prayer is going through a big transition/ change. As some you might know our directors and the entire vision team leadership is moving back to Kansas city. It really came as a big surprise. It's hard to envision them leave but I'm happy for them. As for me, I AM STAYING! After praying and fasting for about a week, I finally have clarity on what the Lord is telling me personally. I am looking forward to the leadership of Greg & Caryn Burnett. They are really amazing people. Besides, I get to live in their house!!! It's an awesome privilege and I love them dearly.
This change has been about entering into the Shabbat rest of God, for me. My heart is finally settled in Him. I can go another day 'coz I know I'll see His face! As much as it has been a journey of the cross for me {in that I die daily}, yet my reward has been so much greater each time. I really have nothing to lose. God is my shield and my exceeding great reward!
He, who is the keeper of Yisrael, has kept me too. My soul will yet praise Him!

Transition

As some of you might know, ZHOP-Charlotte is moving! Our lease will be up in August and the leadership team has been in prayer these last couple of months and have looked into some possible places to set up the tabernacle, so to speak. We have changed buildings in the past but this move is proving to be both different and significant. Different because, the Lord is showing us that it is no longer about a 'building' but about 'a people', a dwelling place for the Father in the city of Charlotte. He is really shifting our paradigms.
It is also a significant transition because, the Lord is shrinking us from a day and night house of prayer to just a day-time HOP for a season, however long that season would last. It has taken great humility on the part of our Director to step down from the 24-7 banner for a season for the sake of the staff, since he felt the need to strengthen us and build us up in this season. His desire is to raise up musicians & singers who would carry an excellent spirit in this hour.

In light of this transition, I will be coming off of Night Watch and will be moving into Mornings (8pm-2pm). It has been a little hard for a lot of us, but at the same time we are all learning to trust in the Lord's leadership together. At the end of the day, I believe this transition will prove to be good for all of us. The Father really knows what is best for His children!
So please be praying for us for continued direction and clarity and also that we would experience His abundant joy and grace in this season.

May the Lord bless you richly in this season.

Shavuot

The Feast of Pentecost (Feast of Weeks)
Lev23:15-22

Beloved ones, this year the feast of Shavuot falls on May 29, 2009. Counting 50 days from the day after the start of Pesach (Passover), we arrive at the feast of Weeks.

In the days of old when the Lord descended on Mount Sinai in the midst of thunderings, lightenings and thick smoke and gave the Torah to the Israelites, in the same manner, Ruach Ha Kodesh [Holy Spirit] descended upon the disciples in the Temple as Tongues of fire, on the day of Pentecost.
Acts 2:1 tells us that: "When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place." The disciples were probably gathered to celebrate Shavuot, one of the three pilgrim feasts.

The true purpose of Shavuot is to be endued with power and be a witness of Christ. My prayer therefore, for you is that on this auspicious day may you have an encounter with the HOLY SPIRIT .
